Pricing Policy

Prices quoted for Personal Leasing include VAT.
Prices quoted for Business Leasing exclude VAT.

The VAT is set to the prevailing national rate at the time. Should the VAT rate change between the placing of the order and the supply of the vehicle, payments will be adjusted accordingly by the finance company.
Unless stated to the contrary advertised prices include:
Full mainland UK driven delivery, however Kudos Vehicle Management Ltd. reserve the right to pass on any additional costs associated with delivery on certain vehicle offers. You will be advised of any additional charges prior to the order being processed by us. If they are unacceptable, you will be entitled to choose an alternative vehicle;
Number plates;
Road Fund Licence for the duration of the term (if applicable), and
Vehicle Registration Charge.

Prices on the web site are for information purposes only and do not constitute an offer by Kudos Vehicle Management Ltd. which is capable of acceptance by you.
Prior to processing your order a procurement fee will be required. The amount required will be stated on your order form prior to acceptance by you.
There are occasions when Kudos Vehicle Management Ltd. will promote vehicles that include “Cashback.” The term “Cashback” for offers relates to a credit or direct BACS payment to customers from Kudos Vehicle Management Ltd. The amount credited or paid to customers is to be used in lieu of or as a contribution towards the initial rental or deposit payable on the finance agreement. The amount due will be paid after delivery and no later than 14 days after delivery.
Prior to ordering your vehicle a deposit may be required. Subsequent cancellation may result in the loss of any monies paid subject to the discretion of Kudos Vehicle Management Ltd.
Credit card payments incur an additional 1.95% surcharge.

Quotations

Kudos Vehicle Management Ltd. reserve the right to change the price of the vehicle, either before or after an order is placed. This may be because of, but not limited to, changes in money costs, manufacturer’s prices or residual value changes. If the price of a vehicle is changed after an order is placed, you will be notified and have the right to withdraw your order if the change is not acceptable.
Kudos Vehicle Management Ltd. will provide a quotation for you based on your specification and needs. We will not be held liable for any extras, options or otherwise which you fail to adequately describe to us.
Kudos Vehicle Management Ltd. do not accept any costs incurred by you cancelling your order due to a change in these costs which leads to the cancellation of the order.

Orders

By signing and returning the vehicle order you are accepting these terms and conditions and agreeing to order your vehicle in accordance with these terms and conditions and those on the vehicle order.
An order does not create a contract between you and Kudos Vehicle Management Ltd. to purchase, hire or lease a vehicle. For there to be a contract in place, Kudos Vehicle Management Ltd. must locate a vehicle matching your required specification at a price agreed by both you and Kudos Vehicle Management Ltd.
You must enter into a finance agreement with a finance company. For the avoidance of doubt, there is no contract to purchase, hire or lease a vehicle between you and Kudos Vehicle Management Ltd. until the finance agreement is signed by you and the finance company and it becomes ‘live.’
In the unlikely event that the vehicle you have ordered is not available or the funder makes a change to the rental, Kudos Vehicle Management Ltd. will contact you by email or telephone to confirm with you whether you wish to proceed with your order or to provide you with possible alternatives.
Following an accepted order, we will carry out a credit check on you as part of your application process. If you are applying on behalf of a limited company, you are confirming you have authority to authorise a credit search in the name of the Company and each Director.
We may introduce you to our finance providers who may then pay us for the introduction. We will not refer you to finance companies with whom we have no partnership.
If you have accepted the order and these terms and conditions, it is your responsibility to check that the vehicle you are ordering is to your requirements.
Kudos Vehicle Management Ltd. will accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions regarding vehicle model or specification, including any optional extras.

Delivery and Registration

All documentation required by the finance company must be correctly completed and signed by you and returned to Kudos Vehicle Management Ltd. prior to the delivery of the vehicle to your chosen destination.
Your vehicle will be delivered to your specified address, provided your address is situated on the UK mainland. If you require Vehicle Transported Delivery (the vehicle is delivered on a trailer/transporter) this can be arranged but an additional charge will be made.
The statutory cooling off period stipulated by the finance company applies to all vehicles, and must have expired before the delivery of vehicles can be scheduled.
Delivery “lead times” quoted are an indication of delivery timescales based on information provided by our suppliers, and do not represent an obligation to supply the vehicle in the specified time. Whilst Kudos Vehicle Management Ltd. endeavour to ensure that delivery dates are as accurate as possible, they are subject to change by the manufacturer and on occasion delays do occur due to production issues. We will keep you informed of any known changes to your vehicle’s delivery date to allow you to make any necessary arrangements as a consequence. Kudos Vehicle Management Ltd. has no control or influence over manufacturer lead times and will not accept any responsibility for any losses or inconvenience caused due to a delay from the manufacturer.
All vehicles must be insured Fully Compressive by you and we may require proof of insurance subject to finance company rules. Please note, that the customer obtaining finance must be the main policy holder or a named driver on the insurance certificate. You must also inform your insurance company that the finance company is the owner and registered keeper of the vehicle (unless stated otherwise).

Excess Mileage

Certain finance agreements have an excess mileage charge. This is expressed as PPM (Pence Per Mile) and is charged when your vehicle exceeds the agreed mileage over the total contract term. Some contracts allow you to travel over your agreed mileage amount only charging you the PPM amount stated on your order form, however other contracts will only allow you to travel up to a pre-determined amount before a higher excess mileage charge is applied. Please refer to your contract for full details on excess mileage charges and how this cost may affect you.

Use of Personal Information

Whenever relevant, there may be a box for you to click, indicating that you do not wish your information to be used for direct marketing purposes.

We would seek to resolve any complaint or concern you may have in the first instance, yet if we are unable to then you may be able to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
